When you’re ready to get started, please contact me to schedule a time that works for you, and me (and sometimes, the weather). It goes without saying (but I’ll say it anyway), a clean home is important for good results! Once the shoot is complete, you’ll receive the photos back typically within a 12 to 24 hour turnaround, depending on the square footage. The images will be sent to you via an email download link, in full resolution for print and web-ready sizes.
My standard pricing is a base fee which varies by home size, plus $.02 for each square foot, as follows:
- Up to 3,000 square feet: Base fee $75.00 + $.02 per square foot
- Up to 5,000 square feet: Base fee $125.00 + $.02 per square foot
- Up to 7,000 square feet: Base fee $150.00 + $.02 per square foot
- Up to 10,000 square feet: Base fee $200.00 + $.02 per square foot
