Features
Not everything that’s worthwhile in real estate photography can be captured with wide angle shots. Sometimes, it’s the little items and touches that give a home that extra something to set it apart. We try to feature those, well, features with the same stellar photography that we put into the over-arching views of a home. It’s not about pointing a camera (or cell phone) at a sink and snapping off a pic; as with the kitchen sink above,we put the same care into lighting, background, staging, and so on into each feature shot.
Not all home features are even physical objects! In this photo, we wanted to capture the less obvious aspect of the home’s surrounding environs. Maybe not for everyone, yet just as important to the right buyer, is the long, leafy private drive, the tree-filled yard, and the relative seclusion of this property. Right before we took this shot, a family of deer had wandered through. (Just kidding! But you can sense from our photo that it could be a possibility, hmm?)
